Alley closure behind N. Peterson Avenue

Described 24 years of disputes after a neighbor bulldozed trees and poured concrete on the city-owned alley, and said closure will finally establish clear ownership and reduce trespassing.

Backed the closure, citing safety, trespassing, motorcycle use and conflicts with the neighbor who built the concrete pad, saying residents just want peace and quiet.

Urged approval because unclear alley centerlines have led to fencing disputes and encroachments between neighbors.
