8300 Nash Road citation appeal

The property owner, speaking through his daughter as interpreter, said he's appealing the fine and working with consultant Chris Crumpton on the rezoning, but can't move forward because no one can determine who owns the road adjacent to his property.

The owner's daughter translated his testimony and added that the pole barn was built to protect equipment from the weather and that permit officials won't issue a permit because of the boundary issue.
